About the Program and Position:

Texas Baptist Home for Children (TBHC) serves foster children and supports foster/adoptive families throughout the DFW area. We are a Christian agency whose purpose is to: Glorify God by Caring for Children. 

Our Executive Assistant's key responsibilities are to promote a positive company image and maximize the President and HR Manager's time. This position will assist in helping plan meetings, set goals and objectives, outreach and help improve job performance. 

High School Diploma required. Strong communication and administrative skills preferred. 

Schedule:

• Office Hours: Monday -Thursday 8:00am- 5:00pm
• May require some weekends and evenings for special events
• Will require occasional travel to branch offices

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Assist the President and HR with presentations and correspondence (letters, emails, etc.) with donors, community contacts and staff
• Design content for and from the President's Office and HR Manager
• Help President's Office coordinate with all TBHC events
• Participate in ministry planning, strategic plans and helping set and reach goals and objectives
• Assist HR with maintaining files
